Kiara joined Carritech a few months ago and has quickly adapted to the fast-paced environment of the telecom industry. Her internship has allowed her to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business, from working with our accounts team to supporting logistical operations. Kiara\u2019s contributions have been valuable, and she continues to grow as she takes on more responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q1: What attracted you to Carritech, and how has your experience been so far?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n “New opportunity to be part of a tight-knit working environment. Everyone has been so supportive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A chance to experience business for the first time. There are many aspects of business that I\u2019m enjoying learning.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Q2: What are some of the most interesting things you\u2019ve learned during your internship?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n “First time working in an office \u2013 a completely different environment for me. First time working in different departments in the company such as financing and processing sale orders & transportation.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Q3: How do you see your future career in telecoms, and what are your goals?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n “I have high hopes to succeed in my apprenticeship with distinction. I want to stay and become more resourceful to the company.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Q4: What skills or knowledge do you hope to gain by the end of your internship?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n “I am hoping to become confident in all departments of Carritech such as Sales, Finance and warehouse. I also want to have a strong skill in an administrative role once the apprenticeship is over.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Q5: Outside of work, what are your hobbies or interests?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n “Time with family. A good read, preferably a series. Exploring new areas to walk my dog. Travelling\/driving.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n A Bright Future Ahead<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We are confident that Kiara\u2019s time at Carritech will not only be a learning experience for her but will also bring fresh ideas and energy to our team.
