Desinstalação de redundantes Ericsson AXE– Operadora na Alemanha

Desafios do Operador

Uma operadora internacional estava com dificuldades em encontrar um parceiro económico e disponível para remover um AXE 10 redundante que deveria ter sido desativado em Frankfurt. Devido a questões internas, o equipamento permaneceu ao serviço para além do objetivo original tendo de ser rapidamente desinstalado assim que o tráfego fosse removido. Sem datas exatas, a operadora necessitava de uma equipa preparada para responder imediatamente. Para aumentar o problema, o aluguer do imóvel estava a acabar e enfrentariam penalizações se o local não fosse limpo a tempo.

Solução Carritech

O nosso gestor do projeto estava em contato diário com o operador sobre o estado da desativação quando finalmente recebemos luz verde para prosseguir numa tarde de segunda-feira. Na noite de terça-feira, nossa equipa chegou a Frankfurt do Reino Unido e estava no local às 07h30 da manhã de quarta-feira. O equipamento teve de ser removido do quinto andar até o final do expediente daquela sexta-feira, permitindo apenas três dias para a conclusão do projeto.

Our team worked tirelessly to remove 56 cabinets of AXE 10 BYB 202, including standby battery banks, DC power systems,  UPS systems, cabling, associated peripheral cabinets, DDF’s and other miscellaneous equipment.

Deixamos todo o andar (300 m²) vazio e limpo, com todo o material fora do local ás 15h dessa sexta-feira.

Resultado final

  • O cliente conseguiu ter todo o andar livre de equipamentos às 15:00 na sexta-feira, após quatro dias de informação à Carritech
  • Custo zero para o cliente com a Carritech a efetuar o pagamento do equipamento retirado
  • Serviço dinâmico e de confiança da Carritech
  • O cliente ficou bastante satisfeito com a nossa capacidade de responder e concluir o trabalho com prazos tão apertados

Yura Saskevych has over a decade of vast experience in sales of telecommunication hardware and network services support. He is the Director of Global Accounts at Carritech and holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Having been focused extensively on transport (Optical and MW), Access and Core Networks, Yura has successfully helped customers worldwide extend the life of existing telecommunication networks, reduce expenses and meet their environmental goals.
