Desinstalación de equipos Ericsson AXE – Operador en Alemania

Desafíos del operador

Un operador internacional tenía dificultades para encontrar un partner que aportara valor y disponible para desinstalar un nodo AXE 10 redundante que debía ser desmantelado en Frankfurt. Debido a desafíos internos, el nodo permaneció en servicio más allá del alcance original y tuvo que ser desinstalado rápidamente una vez que se eliminó el tráfico. Desafortunadamente, el operador no tenía fechas exactas y necesitaba un equipo de técnicos en espera para responder de inmediato. Para dificultar todavía más la situación, el contrato de arrendamiento de la propiedad estaba llegando a su fin, y se enfrentarían a sanciones si el local no se despejaba a tiempo.

Solución de Carritech

Nuestro gerente estaba en contacto diario con el operador sobre el estado del desmantelamiento y finalmente se nos dio luz verde para proceder un lunes por la tarde. El martes por la noche, nuestro equipo llegó a Frankfurt desde el Reino Unido y empezó el trabajo en el emplazamiento a las 07:30 de la mañana del miércoles. El equipo tuvo que ser retirado del quinto piso antes del cierre de operaciones ese viernes, lo que permitió tres días para completar el proyecto.

Nuestro equipo trabajó incansablemente para eliminar 56 bastidores de AXE 10 BYB 202, incluidos bancos de baterías de reserva, sistemas de energía de CC, sistemas UPS, cableado, bastidores de periféricos asociados, DDF y otros equipos diversos.

Dejamos todo el local (300 m2) vacío y limpio, con todo el material fuera del sitio a las 15:00 del viernes.

Resultado final

  • El cliente logró tener el local libre de equipos a las 15:00 del viernes, con un aviso de cuatro días a Carritech
  • Coste cero para el cliente con Carritech realizando un pago por el equipo retirado
  • Servicio altamente fiable y dinámico de Carritech
  • El cliente estaba encantado con nuestra capacidad para responder y completar el trabajo dentro de plazos tan ajustados.
  • Palabras del cliente en el informe: "No puedo creer que hayáis logrado hacerlo, simplemente no pensé que podrías sacarlo a tiempo".
