Un opérateur international avait du mal à trouver un partenaire rentable et disponible pour retirer un AX 10 redondant qui devait être mis hors service à Francfort. En raison de défis internes, l'équipement est resté en service au-delà de la portée initiale et a dû être rapidement désinstallé une fois le trafic supprimé. Malheureusement, l'opérateur n'avait pas de dates exactes et avait besoin d'une équipe en attente pour répondre immédiatement. Pour ajouter au problème, le bail de la propriété touchait à sa fin et ils seraient confrontés à des pénalités si le sol n'était pas dégagé à temps.
Notre responsable des relations était en contact quotidien avec l'opérateur sur l'état du démantèlement et nous avons finalement reçu le feu vert pour procéder un lundi après-midi. Mardi soir, notre équipe est arrivée à Francfort en provenance du Royaume-Uni et était sur place à 07h30 le mercredi matin. L'équipement a dû être retiré du cinquième étage à la fermeture des bureaux ce vendredi, laissant trois jours pour terminer le projet.
Notre équipe a travaillé sans relâche pour retirer 56 armoires AXE 10 BYB 202, y compris les batteries de secours, les systèmes d’alimentation CC, les systèmes d’onduleur, le câblage, les armoires périphériques associées, les DDF et d’autres équipements divers.
Nous avons laissé tout l'étage (300 m²) vide et propre, avec tout le matériel hors site à 15h00 le vendredi.
